Fun in the Snow

March 9, 2019

Natalie and I were on our way home from Springfield on a cold sunny day and I decided that we needed to take some winter snow photos. It was close to 4:45 in the afternoon so we didn't have much time before the sun would be gone. Natalie and Kirsten (with some nudging) agreed to be my models. I told them they had 20 minutes to get ready! In a whirlwind they somehow pulled it off. I came and picked them up and we went off to find the perfect spot. We parked across the street from where we were going to take the pictures and as we were walking across to the field a car stopped to ask if we had car troubles because who in their right mind would be out taking pictures in 19 degree weather right? (by the way we did appreciate you stopping to see if we needed help) These girls braved the cold and halfway through we took a minor break and went back to the car to warm up a bit.  All in all we were probably out there for 30 minutes or so and it was well worth the shivering and cold hands. The coloring on these pictures turned out amazing and of course so did my models :)
